This Privacy Policy explains how Sing-OK (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use sing-ok.com and related apps.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Sing-OK, we may process:

• Account data — username and password (stored hashed), if you register.
• Favorites — songs you save to your account, and Favorite Slot limits.
• Wallet & payments — wallet balance, top-up orders, payment references/txids, and slot purchases needed to process payments.
• Room activity — room codes/names, display names, queue items, and session data needed to run a karaoke room.
• VIP Stage media — if you join Stage, camera/microphone streams are exchanged peer-to-peer between participants’ devices; we process signaling metadata (who is publishing) to coordinate connections, not a permanent recording of your video/audio on our servers.
• Technical data — basic logs such as IP address, browser/app type, and timestamps for security and reliability.
• Cookies / local storage — session cookies (for login) and local browser data for room state or preferences.

We do not require a sign-up to create or join a basic room.

2. How we use information

• Provide karaoke rooms, search, queues, favorites, and the Android app experience.
• Authenticate accounts and keep sessions secure.
• Prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve the service.
• Respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal information. Sing-OK is not supported by advertising networks on our site.

3. Third-party services

Song search and playback may involve third parties such as YouTube. When you play or search content, those services may collect data under their own privacy policies. We do not control their practices.

Hosting and infrastructure providers that run sing-ok.com may process technical data as needed to deliver the service.

4. Android app

The Sing-OK Android app loads the Sing-OK website in a native shell. It uses internet access to reach our servers. The same privacy practices apply as on the website.

5. Data retention

We keep account and favorites data while your account is active. Room/session data is kept only as long as needed to operate rooms and for short-term troubleshooting. You may ask us to delete an account by contacting us.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect data (including hashed passwords and HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children’s privacy

Sing-OK is a general entertainment service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing. If you believe a child has provided account data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

8. Your choices

• Use Sing-OK without creating an account.
• Log out to end a browser session cookie.
• Clear browser/app data to remove local preferences.
• Contact us to request account deletion or ask privacy questions.

9. International users

Sing-OK may be hosted in or accessed from different countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed where our servers or providers operate.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
